The name Lehähä Nec Ckez is derived from the Dwarven language, as Lehähä Nec Ckez was founded by Hêbèb Zêrg̈g̈m Råghurv, who was culturaly Dwarvern.

Climate

Lehähä Nec Ckez has a yearly average temperature of 28°C (82°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 33°C (91°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Overview

Lehähä Nec Ckez was founded durring the early 17th century in early fall of the year 1629, by Hêbèb Zêrg̈g̈m Råghurv. The establishment of Lehähä Nec Ckez was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Hêbèb Zêrg̈g̈m Råghurv struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Lehähä Nec Ckez as a prison colony.

Lehähä Nec Ckez was built using the conventions of Dwarvern durring the early 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Lehähä Nec Ckez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Lehähä Nec Ckez is buildings are arranged arround a network of restrictive baked earthen streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Lehähä Nec Ckez's frontieer-style defences are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.

Lehähä Nec Ckez has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Lehähä Nec Ckez ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. Cultural Notes

Lehähä Nec Ckez's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for the combined use of arcuated and trabeated construction, employing arches and constructed with post and lintel. The arch served as the style's chief structural element, with flanking columns serving as buttresses or decorations. While the general shape of their structures could be generously described as simplistic, the use of these arches and columns created a most distinct ascetic which is easily distinguishable on sight to armatures and experts alike.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Lehähä Nec Ckez was attacked by a group of guerrilla fighters. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Lehähä Nec Ckez lost 283 people, 210 livestock, and 51 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 107, when members of Lehähä Nec Ckez's militia enacted an operation to break a siege of a particular production site. The operation was complicated by a natural disaster interrupted the operation, shattering unit cohesion. The conflict ended with an assault and siege on the production site, which ended in a crushing defeat for Lehähä Nec Ckez's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Lehähä Nec Ckez's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
